All bets and games on bkk99 are conducted under fair play principles. The outcome of each game is determined impartially using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is incomplete due to a technical error, bkk99 reserves the right to cancel that bet and refund the stake.
